Groat factory

The groats plant is equipped with technological equipment manufactured by Streckel & Schrader KG (Germany), adapted for processing of local raw materials, which allows obtaining a high quality product at the output. At the same time, the technical solutions used will make it possible to produce products that are not inferior in quality to the goods of the world's leading brands. The main direction is the production of oat flakes.

Management of all mechanisms is fully automated.

The factory is able to process 120 tons of grain per day, produce 60 tons of oat flakes. The monthly volume of products produced is more than 1000 tons.

One of the significant advantages of our production complex is a waste–free production cycle. After the preparation of flakes, part of the useful waste goes to the production of feed, and the husk is used as fuel to produce process steam and heat for heating production.
